FUTURE OF INDIAN EDUCATION IS IN YOUR HANDAS
Today’s education  tomorrow’s future.
How should be the current education scenario?
The education system at present is not up to the mark, we wont get a civilized society and a bright future because of the current education system. Indian parents and school management give less importance to extracurricular activities. Education in our country is academic oriented. Education  plays a great role in the formation of Child's complete personality and attitude. Indian parents thinks that extracurricular activities are a waste of time and education is related only to the syllabus. In our education system the socioeconomic status plays an important role, parents of the financially weaker section deprive their children from extracurricular activities as they feel that it is better for their children to devote all the time on their lessons than games, as the financially well off can afford to education their children at whatever the price be. Parents do not realize that depriving the child of the extracurricular activities only harms them in the long run. A human being keeps learning all his/her life and education is a must, which goes from birth to the last stage. A person’s life is like a boat without the boatman, in ancient times guru shishya parampara was the main pillar of education, students use to have immense faith, trust and respect for their teachers. Teacher’s guidance was the main reason for a successful life in old times. Students use to look up to their teachers for all solutions and guidance. Teacher’s not only with their teachings but with their bold and true character use to help the students overcome their problems. Lord Krishna himself became the charioteer of Arjuna and guided him in the battle against kauravas. He showed him the right path and made him understand that one should think in a positive manner and not be a emotional fool. In old times following the guru’s order was a student’s duty. In today’s time there is no such relation between a guru and a shishya; teachers because of their behavior and nature have lost respect. Education which had a great influence on a person’s mind, his character, individual’s progress, his life style and the way to earn a honest living has changed tremendously and is making everybody business minded and commercial, today education has become a business for school managements and a status symbols for parents, it was lost its true value and importance. The younger generation has strayed in the wrong direction. The main reason for this is that education is now mixed with polities and they are being used for personal gains. Younger generation has to be first instilled with a sense of nationality so that they can follow the right direction. Otherwise the younger generation will get the entire country in a mess and we will go behind and it will be very difficult to stop it.
Impressive picture of the many pressing problems in the education world is the purpose of these articles and we need to focus on our education system to make our country a great nation.
